MAPLE SYRUP TIME

I thought I would share this recipe. I havn't tried it yet but it sounds divine.

MAPLE CREAMY FONDUE

1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 cups 15% cream
2 tsp. cornstarch
firm fruit and berries cut into pieces

Gently heat pure maple syrup in a pan for 5 minutes. Dilute the cornstarch in 2 tsp. of cream. Bring the remaining cream to a boil and add to the maple syrup. Blend the cornstarch into the syrup mixture and stir continuously over gentle heat until thickened. Serves four to six. Exquisite!

I am going to use my chocolate fondue set. I think

white cake or shortbread cookies would also be yummy!
