I was giving my daughter a hard time last night because
she was slapping together a project at the last minute. Of
course this project was due today and the printer did not
want to co-operate. "Why do you leave these things until
the last minute?" I asked shaking my head. "It's not my
fault the printer won't print properly!" she replies. "You had all weekend." sighs mom.

This moring I realized I only have this week to finish a glass art that I am giving for a wedding gift. I started working on this a month ago. I had a design in mind, the frame was ordered, I stained the frame, I cut the glass; all that's left is to put it all together. I hope the sun shines. I need it. The adhesive I use to put my glass art together is UV activated. It's not my fault the sun isn't shining... I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!

procrastinaiton, such an easy trap to fall into
Now where do you get all the beautiful images you post daily?
Yeah Miranda does that to me and I used to be really good at being ready. BUT Lately I've become like my hubby and do things at the last minute. Sad really.
Nice images.
Get a UV light and do your work...I wanna see!
I completely just had a flashback to when I was in highschool and would leave EVERYTHING until last minute. In fact, I think that's why I became a journalist - the deadlines. I need deadlines to finish anything. If I don't have deadlines, I don't finish....
But I used to wake up my father, with computer/priniting problems, at 3 a.m. when things were due the next day.
I kind of have to side with your daughter. I mean, printers always, always break when you need them the most...ha ha..
Looks like mother nature is on your side...hope you got it done...have a great time tonight...mrs. kooka
