I went for a nice long walk with my youngest daughter and a friend yesterday, she was looking to cut some evergreen boughs. We both carried back an armful. The frosty morning air and the scent of the fresh cut branches were a delight; just the right recipe to stir up some past holiday memories.I can't wait to sit outside on a sunny afternoon with a hot beverage and enjoy my decorations. Maybe I'll listen to some Christmas music while I'm out there.
