Thanksgiving is now behind us and the warm sunshine of the last few days has turned to a cool rain. It is the perfect day to make turkey soup, the aroma fills the air and makes the house feel warm and comforting.The leaves continue to fall and the kids had a great time on the weekend raking and jumping in them. I am spending some time cleaning up my flower gardens but can't seem to cut down most because I love the colors they add to the yard. I'm sure the first heavy frost will bring an end to that. So for now I will keep them.
